Shroud Of The Avatar Gameplay 2016 ★ Plains Road Encounter, Found Gold Veins & Mined Gold Ores

Hey guys, my name is Kabalyero and welcome back to Shroud of the Avatar. Currently, I'm in a Random Encounter called the Plains Road Encounter.

As you can see, I'm mining this Gold Vein for Gold Ore. This is my first time mining for Gold Ore after the Final Wipe and I did not expect to do it in a Random Encounter Scene.

For those who are not familiar with Random Encounters, they are like Special Adventure Zones or Scenes that randomly pulls you in while you are travelling on the Overland Map.

Inside a Random Encounter, you can either run immediately to the exit and leave the scene or you can look around to see what you can find.

For example, in this one, I just found a Gold Vein and, from that, I was able to get some Gold Ores. There are also a lot of horses in this Random Encounter but I don't think I can kill them.

Here we have another Gold Vein and, obviously, I'm going to mine it. This is the second Gold Vein that I found here in this Random Encounter Scene.

Here is another Gold Vein and it seems that this particular Random Encouter Scene has a few of them. I could probably park my Avatar here and farm these Gold Veins for Gold Ores.

Of course, parking my Avatar here to farm for Gold Ores will only work if the spawn rate of the Gold Veins is fast but, unfortunately, I have no plans of staying in this Random Encounter much longer.

As you can see, this Random Encounter Scene has a few resources like this Cotton Plant. There are also other plants and trees and of course some Minerals like Gold and Copper.

Again, there are also a lot of horses but I have no idea if I can kill them nor capture any of them.

Anyway, this has been a very interesting Random Encounter because I got to mine some Gold and see some horses but, unfortunately, it's time to leave this scene and return back to Novia.
