10,000 Linden Dollars XS Fishing Contest At Mizfitz In Second Life
Hey guys!
I'm posting about this event now while it's still fresh in my head. Yeah! There was a 10,000 Linden Dollar XS Fishing Contest event at Mizfitz in Second Life. Yes, I was there but, unfortunately, I did not win. Winning in an RNG based fishing contest was extremely difficult especially when there were almost 100 other Avatars fishing in the contest with me.
I'm not quite sure what I was doing but when I saw the announcement in the XS Fishing group chat, I didn't hesitate and quickly clicked on the SLURL of the location. There were already a lot of Avatars at the XS Fishing Contest location and, that meant, the place was very, very, very laggy.
I tried to move as carefully as I could because I didn't want to bump on anyone. Some Avatars in Second Life don't really like it when they are bumped. Some, even after apologizing, would stay mad at you for bumping them.
So, I found my spot and started casting my XS Fishing Rod. In XS Fishing or Xundra's Fishing, bait doesn't exists. All you need to start fishing in XS Fishing is the free XS Fishing Rod and you can get one at any XS Fishing location. If you don't know any XS Fishing locations then just go to my place in Second Life. You'll find my XS Fishing setup at the third level.
The 10,000 Linden Dollar XS Fishing Contest at Mizfitz was a very long contest. If my memory is correct, the contest was two hours long. It was truly a grind.
Besides the 10,000 Linden Dollar XS Fishing Contest, Mizfitz also ran a Contest Fishbowl with a total pot of also 10,000 Linden Dollars for only one extremely lucky Avatar.
At the end of the XS Fishing contest, I went home empty handed. I didn't win the XS Fishing Contest and I also didn't win the Contest Fishbowl. I wasn't sad about it though because that's just how contests like these work. It's all about the RNG. Who knows, I might just get lucky in the next one.
Anyway, that's it for this post and if you guys are enjoying my content then how about supporting what I do with a donation. Any amount is appreciated and you can send your donations on my Ko-fi page, https://ko-fi.com/kabalyero.
Thank you!
