Still Can't Connect To Server In Ragnarok Online 2 SEA

If you are using Hotspot Shield but, for some weird and unknown reason, you still can't connect to server in Ragnarok Online 2 SEA then try using this Free Singapore VPN. You don't need to install anything. All you have to do is setup a VPN connection.
