Saving Linden Dollars on Fishing Bait in Second Life, 7L$ Worms?!
Sometimes the smartest move in Second Life isn’t about where you fish, it’s about where you shop.
Before heading out for more Virtual Fishing, I made a quick stop at a charming little spot called Tea Anyone?. The mission? Stock up on small worms for my Virtual Fishing rod.
If you fish regularly in Second Life, you already know, bait adds up. Normally, 100 small worms will cost around 10L$. It’s not outrageous, but if you’re fishing often, those extra Linden Dollars matter.
That’s why I was excited to find small worms priced at just 7L$ for 100.
Yes, 7L$.
It might only be a 3L$ difference per can, but savings are savings. And when you’re constantly casting, every little bit helps stretch your fishing budget further.
I didn’t hesitate, I grabbed two cans right away. That gave me 200 small worms total, all at the discounted price. After that, I loaded them straight into my Virtual Fishing rod so I’d be fully prepared for my next fishing session.
One thing I always recommend to fellow anglers in Second Life: shop around. Prices can vary from place to place, and a quick stop at the right store can save you more than you think over time.
Moments like this might not seem as exciting as landing a big catch or hitting a boosted fishing event, but they’re part of playing smart. The more Linden Dollars you save on supplies, the more you can potentially profit when you’re out there casting.
Plus, there’s something satisfying about knowing you got a good deal.
So if you’re into Virtual Fishing, don’t just focus on the buoys, pay attention to bait prices too. A simple stop at the right shop could mean more casts, more chances to earn, and better overall results.
Next time you’re gearing up to fish, remember: smart anglers stock up wisely. And if you can find worms for 7L$ instead of 10L$? That’s an easy win.
