x2 Fishing, x2 Alienum & a 1L$ Backpack Flip in Second Life!
I was back at Stress Free in Second Life for another x2 Virtual Fishing event, but this time, things got extra productive.
Not only was Virtual Fishing running at double payouts, there was also an Alienum x2 event happening at the same time. You already know what that means... equip everything!
I pulled out my Alienum extractor and started doing both simultaneously, fishing and extracting at the same time. That’s one of my favorite strategies in Second Life: stack your earning opportunities. If multiple traffic generating games (or TGGs, as I call them) are running, why pick just one?
While my avatar stood there grinding away for Linden Dollars, I was multitasking in another way too. I started browsing for a new belt... but sadly, nothing caught my eye. No big deal, the hunt continues!
But then I found something better.
I came across a fullperm backpack on the Marketplace for just 1L$. Yes, 1L$. I grabbed it immediately. Instead of just wearing it as-is, I decided to customize it live during the stream.
I downloaded the texture, edited it into a clean black-and-white look, uploaded the new texture back into Second Life, and applied it to the backpack. Boom, instant personalized accessory for almost nothing.
All of this happened while my character continued earning from Virtual Fishing and Alienum. That’s the beauty of these systems, you can socialize, design, shop, or even just relax while your avatar works.
During the stream, I also talked again about why Virtual Fishing is such a strong choice for landowners on a tight budget. The free version of the Virtual Fishing buoy only takes a 20% tax. Compare that to similar games that take 60% to 65%, and the difference is huge. That means more Linden Dollars go back to fishers and guests instead of disappearing into high system fees.
Games like Virtual Fishing, Fish Hunt, Alienum, and Celestial Butterfly are what I call TGGs — traffic generating games. They bring people in, keep them engaged, and help landowners reward visitors affordably.
By the end of the session, I cashed out 137L$ from Virtual Fishing alone.
Not bad for fishing, extracting, shopping, and designing, all at the same time. 💰🎣🎒
