Lineage 2 Remastered on Unreal Engine 4 might be REAL! • Lineage 2 News

Lineage 2 is one of those popular MMORPGs that I tried once before but never really stuck with me. I don't know, I just didn't feel like playing it back then.

Lineage 2 is already an old MMORPG. It was once a subscription based game but now it's free-to-play and you can turn back time and play Lineage 2 Classic if you want that original Lineage 2 experience.

Anyway, according to, at least, one report online, NCSoft is looking for a Technical Artist with expertise in Unreal Engine 4 for Lineage 2 Remastered.

Now, if this report is true then this will give Lineage 2 a massive facelift and it will also drastically increase the system requirements to run and play the game.

If you are an old Lineage 2 player and you're looking forward to playing Lineage 2 Remastered then you'll need to beef up those old machines but, don't worry, you'll have a lot of time to prepare. Besides, it may not even happen.

In any case, if your machines become too old at the time Lineage 2 Remastered is released then you can always play the mobile versions of Lineage 2, right?
