Ragnarok Online 2 Open Beta, Server Is Too Busy
The very first MMORPG that I've ever played was Ragnarok Online. I played it for a few years, quit and exchanged my account for a gaming console. Now, Ragnarok Online 2 is here and it's currently in Open Beta. I'm very excited about it and I can't wait to start playing.
I've already created a Free Account, downloaded and installed the game. It took me 7 hours to download the game's installer but I didn't get bored waiting because I left my computer on and went to bed. When I woke up a few hours later, it had finished downloading.
The Open Beta of Ragnarok Online 2 started today (December 27, 2012) but the server or servers are getting pummeled with too much traffic that it made entering the game almost impossible. In fact, I started logging in at 4:00 PM with no success. It's already 8:00 PM and I still can't enter the game. All I'm getting from the game's launcher is a "Server is too busy" message.
It's obvious that Ragnarok Online 2 has attracted thousands of players and the enormous amount of players who are trying to login and play is affecting the game server or servers. Of course, this is understandable but I can't stop myself from getting annoyed and frustrated about it.
Anyway, I eventually stopped trying because it was pointless. I'll just have to try again some other day.
