In this APB: Reloaded gameplay, most of the servers in the game were empty like having ZERO players in them. The two most populated servers only had 10 players playing. Is this Game Over for APB Reloaded?

So, I played another few rounds of APB Reloaded but I noticed something about the game and, that was, it had very very very few players playing.
Is this Game Over for APB Reloaded? Not sure but most of the servers had ZERO players playing. The two most populated servers only had 10 players playing.
Anyway, even though the game didn't have a lot of players, it did not change the fact that I was bad in playing the game. Newbies played better than me. LOL!
