In this City of Heroes Rebirth gameplay, I started my hero work by completing a mission to defeat the Arachnos invaders. I just need to defeat 10 Arachnos to defeat the Arachnos invaders which I think is not enough because there were Arachnos agents everywhere.

After defeating the Arachnos invaders which were never really defeated since they were still everywhere, my next mission was to defeat Arachnos Commanders and, not juse one, I need to defeat 5 Wolf Spider Commanders.
Next mission after defeating Arachnos was to disarm hidden Arachnos explosives. The Arachnos explosives where hidden in giant glowing boxes. I only needed to disarm 3 hidden explosives to complete the mission.
Arachnos hid explosives in giant boxes and I found them all, next was to defeat Arachnos Pylons and there were three of them. To defeat them, I had to defeat the Arachnos guarding the pylons before I can destroy it.
Before doing the next mission, I went back to Ms. Liberty in Atlas Park to level up. I had additional enhancement slots and added Teleportation as a new travel power. With Teleportation, I can now go anywhere I want.
The next mission was to save Matthew Habashy and Atlas Park from Arachnos. I teleported to where the Arachnos base was located and defeated all the Arachnos inside including an Arachnos Arbiter, Arbiter Mesten. Also arrested Thiery for working with Arachnos as a spy.
Matthew Habashy and his wife were saved and the Arachnos was defeated for now. Next mission was to meet with Twinshot and her friends; Flambeaux, Dillo, Proton and Grym. While in the process of meeting them, I encountered a couple of Arachnos TacOps and died fighting them. It was super embarrassing.
