Banned From SOTA Forum, Name Was Trolling Says Dev • Shroud of the Avatar News

This is very interesting. I just learned that you can get banned from the Shroud of the Avatar forum if the devs didn't like your forum name.

Hey guys, check out my shirt designs at https://teespring.com/stores/kabalyero and I hope you find something you like. Thank you.

Someone who I've seen posting in the Shroud of the Avatar forum recently made a post in the Shroud of the Avatar RAW subreddit and, according to him, he was banned from the forum.

The reason given was, according to him, his name was trolling and if you are wondering what his name was in the Shroud of the Avatar forum, his name was FinallyGivenUp.

I don't exactly know how bans work in the Shroud of the Avatar forum but, when I checked his profile, it was still there and his most recent posts are still there too. Maybe it was just a temporary suspension?

Anyway, if he did get banned from Shroud of the Avatar forum for using a name like FinallyGivenUp then am I going to get banned as well? You see, I recently changed my name in the Shroud of the Avatar forum to the "whatever" text emote (¯\_(ツ)_/¯).

So guys, is the name FinallyGivenUp really that offensive of a name to deserve a ban from anywhere? Post your answers as well as your comments, questions or reactions in the comments section below.
