A Hero's Rest: An RPG Town Simulator! Straining Eyes With Small Text! LOL!

A Hero's Rest: An RPG Town Simulator

I recently got my hands on a game called A Hero's Rest: An RPG Town Simulator for free via Keymailer, courtesy of its developer. After giving it a go, I found myself genuinely enjoying it. I’m usually drawn to games with building mechanics, like most survival games, but A Hero's Rest is different. It leans more toward a city-building and management genre, focusing on constructing a town for heroes rather than an entire city.

As it was my first time playing, I went through the tutorial. It was very straightforward and user-friendly, guiding me through the essentials such as building an inn and a blacksmith, creating quests for heroes, forging weapons, cooking food, and even creating character classes. The tutorial provided a smooth introduction to the game's mechanics, making the experience enjoyable right from the start.

Overall, A Hero's Rest delivered an intriguing and entertaining experience. However, one aspect that really bugged me was the tiny font size. The small letters made the words challenging to read and, quite frankly, strained my eyes. I hope other players will highlight this issue, encouraging the developers to consider enlarging the text, especially for older players and those with vision problems.

To sum up, A Hero's Rest impressed me with its unique take on town-building for heroes and its intuitive tutorial. Despite the small font size issue, the game provides a fun and engaging experience. It's a notable addition to the city-building and management genre, offering a refreshing twist that keeps players, like myself, interested.

Thank you to Vanargand Games, the developer of A Hero's Rest: An RPG Town Simulator, for providing me with a copy of your game. I enjoyed playing it and look forward to future updates.
