Fallout 4 Gameplay - Building A Settlement With Sim Settlements 2

In this Fallout 4 gameplay, my character talked to the Sim Settlement 2 guy, built a residence, farm and industrial plot using ASAMs, helped the people in Concorde from Raiders, found a dog, fought a Deathclaw in a cheap way and went back to Sanctuary.

This was my nth times restarting Fallout 4. This restart was still a modded Fallout 4. It was basically the same as the last restart except maybe for having a female character and a character build focused on Luck instead of Charisma.

I wanted to find out how my character having a Luck of 8 would affect the game. I also wanted to find out if I would really get more Legendary items. I read somewhere that Luck affects the chances of getting better loot from enemies, containers, etc.

Because this restart was basically the same as the last restart, I still had Sim Settlements 2 installed. Crime and Punishment was still installed as well. Sim Settlements 2 would make building settlements a lot more fun and a lot more interesting.

I'm not really sure how Crime and Punishment would affect the game because I had never really seen it in action. I guess, I had never really committed a lot of crimes in my previous gameplays of Fallout 4.

Obviously, other Fallout 4 mods were still installed and active but most of them were just cosmetics mods like having better bodies for characters and NPCs.
