In this Skyrim Legendary Edition gameplay, my character and Toccata were task by the jarl of Falkreath to defeat the Embershard Mine bandit leader.

EMBERSHARD MINE
Embershard Mine was located Northeast of Falkreath. It was a little far from Falkreath but it was very close to Riverwood.
The jarl of Falkreath, Siddgeir, gave my character a quest to defeat the bandit leader hiding in Embershard Mine.
It was not a difficult mission because the bandits and the bandit leader were annihilated by Toccata. My character was just back-up. LOL!
