Back in the 90s, pc games mostly had only 2 colors and most monitors were either monochrome or black and white but that changed when colored monitors came out.
With colored monitors, pc games also improved when CGA graphics was introduced. I'm not quite sure because it was too long ago but I do remember playing games with pink or magenta and cyan colors.
Laserboy is that kind of game. Seeing those pink or magenta and cyan colors brought back memories of playing old pc games.
