Modded Skyrim SE [Gameplay] - Recipe For Disaster - What Happened To The Gourmet?

In this Modded Skyrim Special Edition gameplay, my character was tasked to learn the identity of the Gourmet from Anton Virane. After learning the identity of the Gourmet, my character took the Gourmet out and assumed the identity.

THE GOURMET IS NOT COMING

This time I did the Dark Brotherhood quest titled Recipe for Disaster. My character traveled to Markarth, looked, talked and took out for Anton Virane (to lunch).

After taking out Anton Virane (to lunch), my character traveled to a town called Heljarchen via Windhelm to find the Gourmet. It took my character a few minutes to get there.

My character then found the Gourmet relaxing in the cellar of the inn called Nightgate Inn. After taking the Gourmet out, my character dragged the body to a hidden location and used a grappling hook to store the Gourmet's body.

With the Gourmet taken cared of, my character will then assume the identity of the Gourmet in the next part of the quest.
