Guild Wars 2 Gameplay by Kabalyero! Downloaded, installed and played Guild Wars 2 for the very first time. I owned a copy of Guild Wars and played it for a while but this is my first time playing Guild Wars 2.

The character I created in Guild Wars 2 was a Male Warrior and, after creating my character, he was transported and appeared in Shaemoor and was given a quest called Defending Shaemoor.

My newly created character talked to Corporal Beime and was told to get to the inn to find and receive orders from Sergeant Walters who was standing in-front of the inn. The order given to my character was to Head towards the garrison.

At the Garrison, my character received a sub quest called Defend the Gate and was tasked to hold the gate against Tamini Warriors until the doors opened. When the doors of the gate opened, my character went inside only to receive another task and that was to defend the garrison against Centaurs.

After the Centaurs, my character received another sub-quest and this time it was to defeat a Greater Earth Elemental. My character had to get super close to the huge Earth Elemental to deal damage to it. Defeating the Greater Earth Elemental completed the quest.

Completing the quest called Defending Shaemoor rewarded my character with a Shortsword which was just a little bit better than the Dull Blade he was using. My character also learned a skill called Savage Leap.

My character's next quest was called to help Diah tend her farm in Shaemoor. While on this quest, my character received a sub quest and it was to protect the hay bales from bandits. The sub quest got completed by itself without my character doing anything.

By the way, helping Diah tends her farm means finding and fighting wurms and this wurms are HUGE worm-like monster that appears from the ground after kicking their mounds. Completing the quest made my character dance for joy.

My character's next quest was to help fisher Travis maintain the river and I found fisher Travis just standing there doing nothing. Fisher Travis asked my character to check the traps for hostile creatures, break drake eggs and kill drakes and scale  in the river.

While on the quest, my character received a sub quest and it was to drive the harpy flock from the dam. My character completed the quest after killing a few flying harpies around the area near the river.
