Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim 2019! In My Time Of Need! Quest Complete!

In my recent gameplay of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in 2019, I completed the quest called "In My Time of Need." The quest had a few objectives and they were the following:
• Talk to the Alik'r Prisoner or Inform the Alik'r of Saadia's location
• Kill Kematu or talk to him
• Lead Saadia to the Whiterun Stables
Unfortunately, my quest choices or decisions lead to the capture of Saadia and maybe her death as well. I kinda regretted what happened because I'm not really sure who the bad guys were in this particular quest.
Anyway, I'm going through the game again and I think this time I might try and save Saadia instead.
